I have been developing my mindfulness practice since 2002 when I first encountered the work of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh at his practice centre, Plum Village, in the south of France and in 2009 I set up the first Wake Up group in Dublin based on these teachings for young people. I have gone on to do courses in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Self-Compassion and have participated in meditation retreats in Ireland, France, Germany and Nepal.
I weave mindfulness into all aspects of my work, from my coaching to my teaching. I am also available for mindfulness mentoring or meditation classes on a 1:1 or group basis.
