Pilates Classes
Having danced for many years, I have always been drawn to the functional elements of strength and flexibility, the anatomy of movement and how to build solid, protective foundations in our joints and core muscles. In 2013 I completed a Pilates Mat Level 1 and 2 Teacher Training with Susan Church at the Pilates Teacher Training Institute, Ireland. This training has informed how I teach yoga and I also run Pilates conditioning workshops for dance groups and sports teams.
