I’m excited to announce that my mother and I will host this 1-day well-being retreat in the middle of October. We will be expertly and gently guiding you through mindfulness exercises to help you gain a sense of stillness and awareness in your life; yoga practices that will give you a deeper grounding in your body; life coaching workshops that will allow you to reflect and explore various different facets of your life and re-establish balance; and finally a deep relaxation to nourish and restore the body, mind and soul.
This beautiful day will take place in the Glenview Hotel, a special space nestled between green forests in the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains with luscious gardens to walk in during our lunch break.
